History shows that the size of homes has increased dramatically since the 1950s. But on the contrary, some buyers go for smaller homes to have what’s called low maintenance to NO maintenance. Home buyers are more attracted to smaller sized homes while some of them are usually empty nesters, first time home buyers or people whose children are living abroad.
Location
One of the most influential yet uncontrollable factors in determining your home’s appeal to buyers is location, location, location. As the National Association of REALTORS® says, “Buyers choose specific homes because of their #1 neighborhood. Another very important factor is the distance between the home and schools, work and amenities.
Comforts and Amenities
